Shipping policy

Orders are shipped as soon as payment has been verified as credited into our account.

We use different delivery service companies depending on your location. For Metro Manila orders we use Gogoxpress, Grab, Lalamove & Mr. Speedy for express delivery service. For shipping to provincial addresses, we send them via bus, AP Cargo and Entrego.  

ISLAS will not be held liable for packages that have been damaged by courier in the course of shipping.
